Thea
Is a spatial-thinker, a visionary strategist, mountain biker and compound bow shooter, meaning she hits her targets and puts her words into practice. Thea’s unique background positions her as a leader with a deep understanding of the agri-food and forestry value chain. Her expertise in building and scaling teams converges with her passion to support foresters, farmers and provides the foundation for a startup team ideally tailored for global scaling.
She brings a unique perspective and network to the table with CEOs, regulators, engineers, scientists, founders, innovators and thought leaders across industries, especially from the financial, agricultural and energy sectors.
Her passion for agriculture, farming & food led her to complement her education with specialized studies in agriculture and food sciences with Stanford University on Food & Health, Rebuilding our relationship with Food, and The Economics of the AgriFood Value chain with the Technical University of Munich, on top of a Master’s degree in International Business Administration, and Building high performing teams at University of Pennsylvania.
Her 8 years experience in agriculture & technology, over 10 years in building enterprise and startup teams provide a 360 degrees view of the agroforestry ecosystem. She’s an advocate and supporter of women and youth through the AgriAlly Initiative and Podcast for Women & Youth in agriculture STEM. This is the component aimed at bringing more women and youth in agroforestry STEM by showing them that together we can get farther than alone and that no one is left behind.
Stefan
Is the technical mind of the team, consistently proving that thinking differently always pays off for innovation.Stefan holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and robotics, complemented by a degree in Civil and Water Engineering.
He’s an Expert in Project Manager and Waste Management, Manufacturing Process Improvement & has experience in bioprinting. Stefan's mastery in industrial engineering, robotics, and project management brings invaluable insights into product development and operational efficiency.
As a senior application engineer, he designed, tested, and optimized bearing solutions for various industrial applications, such as wind turbines, pumps, and gearboxes. He uses his engineering and manufacturing process improvement skills to enhance the performance, efficiency, and reliability of our products.He is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and collaboration & values diversity and inclusion. His dyslexic thinking capability enables him to bring a uniquely visionary & creative perspective to the team.
He designed and constructed an experimental recycling station for PET and HDPE into 3d printing filament. Project manager and principal researcher from Partner company in project PN-III-P2-2.1-PED-2019 where he developed a new type of silicone-based 3D Printer. Entrepreneur with an MBA in International finance at Rome Business School.
